In a frying pan, brown the grouper, seasoned with salt and pepper, in olive oil.

Add the remaining ingredients, cut.

Preheat the oven and take the preparation in a covered container to finish cooking.

Sprinkle with coriander and serve hot! Enjoy your food!

  • 20 uni baby leek cut in halves
  • 15 g chopped garlic
  • 300 g Clams
  • 150 g diced tomatoes
  • 30 g Coriander leaf
  • 1 dl Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 dl White wine
  • q.b Sea salt
  • q.b Mill pepper
