Preparation

salt the flour and starch. put the dry ones on the counter in the shape of a circle and open a hole in the middle and then add the ricotta, the egg, the grated cheese and about 3 tablespoons of oil. add the yeast already dissolved (in warm water). integrate everything to form a dough.
if the dough is very hard and brittle, it can be compensated with warm water to achieve good elasticity.

Once the dough is obtained, cut parts of it and form the chipá (always with wet hands so that it does not stick) and place them in a previously oiled baking dish.

cook over medium heat until the chipá coating is a little hard.
