Preparation

clean the beans, remove the threads and ends and cut them into pieces.
Cut the onion into julienne strips.
peel the potatoes and dice.
peel the tomato, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

place the beans, onion and tomato with the broth in a saucepan.
boil for 10 minutes.
add the potatoes and diced ham, add the necessary broth to cook the potatoes.
season with salt and oregano.
boil until potato is soft.
