Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add garlic and pork, and fry, stirring with a wooden spoon, until meat is golden brown, about 5 to 7 min.
Add bell peppers, onions, fish sauce, tomato puree, shrimp, and rice and stir well with the wooden spoon for 3 min. over medium heat, to combine.
top with beaten eggs and mix lightly. cover and cook 2 to 3 min. more, stirring once or twice.
