Preparation

Place the dehydrated seaweed in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
Cut the carrot into chopsticks and separate the florets from the brocolis. Blanch the carrot sticks and brocolis florets for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Remove from the boiling water, and set aside.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, lime juice, ginger, parsley or coriander, salt and pepper.
Place the carrot in sticks, the brocoli florets, the soaked seaweed, and the sauce already prepared. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve.

  • 5grams of dehydrated wire seaweed
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/2 brocolis
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander or parsley
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
