With the aim of providing a journey through the regions of Italy through delicious cuisine, chef Carmelo Flaviano opens in Campos do Jordão the Restaurants Festival Della Pasta.
Graduated from the hotel school of Locri, in the Province of Reggio Calabria, Carmelo worked in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in Italy for 17 years, where he acquired technical and practical knowledge with competent professionals, becoming a renowned chef.

The union of his passions: the Brazilian Arlene, gastronomy and Brazil, made him open his own restaurant in 2002, where he insists on receiving his customers with great affection and attention.
