We are grandchildren of German immigrants ceramists. We grew up inserted in the clay and art environment, and in so many possibilities that pottery provides until reaching gastronomy.

Among family gatherings, the main object has always been food. And it is what provides so many special moments and builds many of our affective memories.

Stoneware is a ceramic paste resistant to high temperatures, widely used in utilitarian pieces that make up a kitchen arsenal, and is the translation of this familiar feeling for us.

Our meeting with chef Simone Matoso was a meeting of souls, ideas and passion for this fascinating universe of ceramics, gastronomy, and the family.

Craftsmen and chefs have a lot in common: they both let their creativity flow through working with their hands. And it is this artisanal work done by real people that governs the final result of the experience we provide. Cooking is memory, cooking is passion!

We lovingly sign everything we do, and our main focus is to be present in your construction of memories.
