Preparation

Mix the flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar and salt, add the butter and crumble it.

form a dough without kneading much.

roll out the dough and cut into circles, prick with a fork.

bake at 180 degrees for ten to twelve minutes, do not brown.

cool and fill. sprinkle with powdered sugar.
