Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Spread the puff pastry on a floured work surface. Cut the pasta into squares of about 10 cm on a side. Spread each square with a teaspoon of orange marmalade. Peel the banana and cut into small slices, distributing the corresponding part over the center of each piece of pasta.Roll each piece of pasta from one end to a croissant, pressing the sides well and tilting them forward. 6º) Rinse a baking sheet with cold water, placing the croissants on top of banana and cook them in the central oven guide for 12-15 minutes. Croissants are tastier when they are still warm, for example to accompany a roast.
