Preparation

chop the onion to the feather (thin slices). to reduce the strength of the onion, muffle it by leaving it mixed with plenty of salt for at least 1/4 hour. immediately rinse with plenty of cold water and let it drain.
Mix together the beans, onion, cilantro, oil, and lemon juice or vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 1 ½ cups of cooked beans (or a jar)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • juice of 1 large lemon or vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
