Preparation

beat the beans, water and tomatoes in a blender
put the beaten beans and the potato in a pan and cook, until the potato softens
if it gets too thick, add more water
taste and hit the salt if necessary
sprinkle with black pepper to taste, and serve

  • 3 cups of cooked and seasoned beans (can be leftover beans)
  • 1 medium potato cut into cubes
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 chopped tomatoes (with skin and seed)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
