Blackberry leaf tea

Blackberry tea is made with blackberry leaves and is used as a powerful antioxidant and as an adjunct in the treatment of gastritis, mouth and throat inflammation, relief of symptoms of premenstrual tension and menopause and diarrhea. it is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, E, K and B vitamins, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, yeasts, flavonoids, fibers and antioxidants. The action on reducing the symptoms of menopause is related to phytohormones also present in blackberry leaves.

Cautions:
It should be avoided by people with low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), and by people with liver disorders and pregnant women.
Diabetics undergoing treatment should not take the tea, as it may have reactions with the medication and cause hypoglycemia.
