Preparation

in a pan with boiling water add the carrots, onions, potatoes, chicken stock cube, margarine and season with salt. cook for 20 minutes.
in a separate bowl add the yolk with the cream.
pass the soup with the magic wand and bring to a boil.
add the cream mixture and let it warm without boiling.
serve the cream decorated with chopped parsley.
