distribute the previously sifted flour with the baking powder and salt on the crown-shaped counter. in the center place the butter or margarine and the yolks. combine the ingredients by adding 2 tablespoons of sweet wine and, if necessary, water. form a smooth bun, cover with a cloth and let rest for 1/2 hour. Roll out the not too thin dough on the floured countertop, cut with a medium-sized pasta cutter and distribute the cayote sweet lightened with a few tablespoons of sweet wine in the center. paint the edges with water or beaten egg, close forming the patties and mark with the ravioli wheel. distribute on a plate and bake until golden. serve cold on its own or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
