Preparation

the breast is cut into medium pieces of about three centimeters. season them with salt and pepper, and a little soy sauce. fry in a frying pan with hot oil, until golden brown. we serve in a platter. We can accompany them with a cup of ocopa or, if desired, a chifa type, with two wells: one with soy sauce and another with lemon and pepper.
