cut the chicken into pieces and pass the chicken pieces through the onion soup, placing in an oven tray.
sprinkle with coconut milk and cream. if the chicken is not completely covered, add a little semi-skimmed milk.
take to the oven at 180º for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown to your taste, taking care to turn the chicken pieces halfway through
