Preparation

Step the peanut in the mortar very well until it becomes paste. Add the boiling water, stir well and pass through a fine mesh strainer.
The oil, onion and garlic are minced in a pan. Let it brown.
Put the cut chicken in pieces and let it taste for 2 minutes.
Peanut water is added.
Season with piripiri, salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and let it cook for + - 30 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
