mix the dulce de leche with the cream cheese.
In a rectangular dish, which can later be brought to the table, place a layer of 4 by 5 cookies.
moisten the cookies with port and spread with some of the cream cheese and dulce de leche mixture.
place another layer of cookies, moisten them with port.
squeeze the preparation well between layers.
finally place a layer of cream with sweet.
decorate with grated chocolate or with chocolate rollers.
put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  • dulce de leche, 500 g.
  • plain, rectangular chocolate cookies, without filling about 400 g.
  • port or sweet wine, ½ cup.
  • chocolate, a bar to decorate.
