beat the margarine very well, which should be of good quality (not butter), with the sugar and the egg yolks. add the egg whites and mix well. prepare strong coffee and sweeten to taste. wet the cookies in the coffee, and spread with the cream. sprinkle with the grated coconut. make successive layers, until the cookies are used up. at the end, spread the pudding with the rest of the cream (be careful to keep a little), and sprinkle with plenty of coconut.
