2 tablespoons of colored butter
1 white onion, chopped
¼ cup of peanuts
1 sprig of cilantro, chopped
7 green plantains cooked and mashed
500 g of minced sea bass fillet

Re-fry in the colored butter with the onion, ground peanuts, cucumber, pepper, salt and coriander. the greens knead with the refried beans together, they form oval-shaped balls, stuffed with fish. preheat the oven to 250 ª c and bake in a greased tin for about 30 minutes, or if you prefer in abundant cold accepted.
