Preparation

- wash the spinach, steam it for 5 minutes, remove it from cooking and chop it.
- grate the cheese.
- mix the spinach with the cream, season.
- place the mixture of spinach and cream in a bowl.
- sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a moderate oven until gratin.
