Preparation

Open the meat and divide it into about four portions, add the garlic, pepper, cucumber, a little bit of achiote and salt to taste, put it on the fire, cover it so that the meat is juicy and gains salt.
Clean the lettuce and separate the leaves. Distribute a portion on each plate, place the meat and fried eggs, the French fries, the tomato and the avocado and of course the rice portion.

  • 1 avocado
  • cooking 1 portion of rice for each dish
