Preparation

cut the onions and garlic and fry in a saucepan with oil together with the pork and chopped chickens.
When everything starts to brown, add half a glass of wine vinegar, soy sauce, a few peppercorns, a little ginger and a pinch of salt (not much because soy sauce is salty).
Cook over low heat until the meat and chicken are just right. the stew will take on a dark color, typical of this dish. serve with white rice.

  • 3 large onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
