Ecuadorian dish

In a pan add the water and put the fish to cook.

Add the tomato, coriander, peppers, and cucumber.

  • 1kg fresh tuna
  • 0.5kg of fresh or frozen cassava
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of non-spicy chili powder can be used ground paprika
