cut the fish very finely or pass through the processor. pass the bread through the blender to obtain a very small breadcrumbs. add the breadcrumbs to the fish and mix well. season with salt, parsley, garlic and black pepper. make the meatballs and pass the wheat flour. heat the oil and fry the meatballs. remove them from the pan and still make the sauce by adding the chopped garlic to the parsley and let it brown. enter with a ladle of water or fish stock and bring to a boil. add a little wheat flour or corn starch to thicken. return the meatballs and leave for another two minutes before serving.
