boil the beans with the pork and pieces of meat. once cooked, remove the meat from the pot. On the other hand, fry the minced onion and half of the garlic cloves in oil with a little pepper to taste. When the onion is crystalline, add the pieces of meat, the meat broth and the cooked and whole beans. cook over high heat, adding meat broth each time the liquid is consumed. on the other hand, fry the remaining half of the garlic in a frying pan and, once browned, pour them into the pot. add salt at your wish. serve with white rice, creole sauce and, if desired, fried meat.
