Preparation

in a pan, finely chop the garlic with oil and let it brown, put the rice (without washing), stir it, and let it fry well.
add very hot water (be careful as it tends to jump).
cover and let the rice open.

this rice is fried, it is super loose and tasty, it goes well with any dish.
