use a sharp knife, peel the mango and chop the pulp into thin strips. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl, layer the marinade and mango in a salad bowl or bowl, sprinkle with the chopped cilantro and refrigerate for 1 hour, serve with food especially with chicken or roast meats.
