Preparation

In a bowl, mix the dried meat, carrot, onion, parsley, celery and mayonnaise. Divide into 4 individual bowls. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a high, preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups desalted, cooked and shredded dried meat
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup (mayonnaise) tea
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
