Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. add the water, butter and rice.
Stir to combine and cover. cook gently until the liquid has been absorbed.
remove and serve hot.

- 1/4 of cup of onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
