Preparation

In a saucepan, start by frying the pork ribs in olive oil until golden brown and set aside.

Peel the carrots, potatoes and yams and chop into cubes. Cut the pepper and onion into strips. Put everything in a pan, add the ribs, cover with water and cook.

When the vegetables are cooked add the spices: soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and curry in tablet. Cook for another 10 minutes to thicken and refine the flavor.

Serve with rice and good appetite!

  • 3 medium yams
  • 1 small pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 curry tablet
  • salt (optional)
