Preparation
cut the onions and garlic cloves into very thin slices and bring to the heat in a frying pan with olive oil, bay leaves and parsley. let it boil a little and pour the marinated sauce over the eve fried fish. it is served a few hours later.
Ingredients
- 800 g of fried eve fish (mackerel, swordfish, sardines)
- marinade sauce:
- 3 large onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 1 dl of vinegar
- salt, pepper
