Preparation

Peel the prawns leaving the tails.

Season with salt, pepper and onion and let it cook for 30 minutes.

Stick a toothpick in each one and put it in the flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs.

Fry in very hot fat and then drain on paper towels.

Serve with garlic mayonnaise sauce. Enjoy your food!
