Preparation

After removing the seeds from the peppers, we cut them into halves and soak them for about 20 minutes in water, preferably hot to remove the spiciness. On the other hand, we must boil and place the potatoes (in halves) in a source. later, add in the blender: the fresh cheese, the chili pepper, the huacatay, the previously ground walnuts and the oil. blend until a smooth paste is obtained. season with salt and pepper. finally, cover the potatoes with the sauce and, if desired, garnish with some lettuce leaves.
