Preparation

Line the entire bottom in a form with coarse salt;
Place the picanha in the pan with the fat facing up;
Cover the meat with coarse salt;
Take the picanha to the oven for at least 90 minutes; (to the point) 120 minutes (well done)
Remove all the salt from the steak as soon as it is out of the oven;
Enjoy!
