Preparation

clean the cod from skins and bones and shred it.
wash the peppers and bake.
remove the seeds and skin of the peppers, after roasting, and cut them into strips.
cut the eggs, previously cooked in salted water, into slices. chop the garlic, onion and parsley.
in a salad bowl arrange the cod, peppers and egg in alternating layers.
drizzle with oil and vinegar.
sprinkle with garlic, onion and chopped parsley.
season with salt and pepper and serve.
