Preparation
Fry the onion and garlic in the oil, until golden brown. Add turmeric, ginger, paprika, coconut milk, cariz, coriander and salt. Cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain for servile put 2 tablespoons of rice noodles in each deep dish and pour the sauce over it. Garnish with chopped eggs, mint leaves, chicken and shrimp. For 6 people.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of peeled and cooked shrimp
- 1 cup chopped chicken
- 4 cup of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon powder
- 2 tablespoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 250 grams of rice noodles (similar to ordinary noodles)
- 10 fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 4 boiled and chopped eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
