Preparation

sauté the onion and shrimp in olive oil. add the tomatoes in the blender, the carrot, the salt and the cloves. cook for 10 minutes. put the wine and cook on low heat for a bad 10 minutes. if necessary, add more water. when the rice is ready, turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.

  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • 200g of rice
  • 300g of clean kid prawns
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and parsley to taste
