Preparation
boil potatoes and carrots until tender. boil the eggs until they are completely cooked. chop the potatoes, carrots and diced eggs. In a small dish, mix the onion and pepper and add the teaspoon of vinegar, let stand for 5 minutes. Mix the potatoes, carrots, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, pepper and add salt and pepper to taste. refrigerate the salad and place the peas on top before serving.

- 2 carrots
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 chopped white onion
- 1/4 chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
