Preparation

Wash the fish very well, but do not remove the guts, then step the garlic with salt and gindungo. Pour into the fish and sprinkle with vinegar, marinate for a few minutes. After well seasoned put on the electric grill. While it is on the fire, chop the onion in a bowl with gindungo, add salt, oil and vinegar and stir everything well, add a little water. After ready serve on a wide plate and sprinkle the fish with the chopped onion sauce, sprinkle with the cassava flour aside and serve hot. Suggestion: accompany with red or white wine.
