Preparation

Chop the onion, tomato, garlic, parsley and chicken breast.

In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, fry the minced chicken meat a little and add the garlic, onion, parsley and chopped tomato.

Add the eggs and salt to taste, stirring constantly, leaving a little wet.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
