Preparation

To prepare shimeji in butter in foil, you must wash the mushroom well and cut the thickest stems.

Put the shimeji in the foil, along with the butter, soy sauce and serve.

Close the paper like a bag, which you can open to eat in it, and put it in the oven.

Leave in the oven at 180º C for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the bag and place the chopped chives.
