Preparation
In a small bowl, make a sauce by mixing the yogurt, curry, sugar and oil. Taste to see if the sauce is to your taste.
Peel the onion and cut it into pieces of approximately 3 centimeters. Assemble the kebabs (skewers) alternating the onion with the meat and the apricot. Put the kebabs in a large plastic frozen bag or place them in a large bowl. Cover the kebabs well with the sauce that has been prepared. Close the plastic bag or cover the container. Leave the kebabs in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium temperature and oil it.
Grill the kebabs for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or as you like.

- 1 cup (240ml) plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of curry
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup (200 g) lamb meat cut into cubes
- 350 g of dried apricots
- 8 skewers
