Preparation

Boil potatoes in 2 1/2 l water until potatoes are well done. Cool down to the room temperature. Add all ingredients. Be careful with salt, lemon juice and sugar, the stook should be sweet-sour to your taste. The soup is served cold (that is why it is called Kholodnik) with sour cream.

  • green onions
  • parsley, chopped
  • basilic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 ea lemon. juice
