Preparation

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare and cook the carrot in salted water for a few minutes until soft.

In a large skillet, sauté the oil and onion until it is translucent. Add corn, peas, carrots and ham. Let it cook a little and add the wine and cook 2 to 3 minutes to reduce the sauce. Add the cream, parmesan and basil.

Season everything with salt and pepper and stir. Cook to ascertain the sauce.

At that moment, add the tortellini and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

Ingredients

  • 100g of Cottage Cheese and Spinach Tortellini (1package)
  • 75g diced ham
  • 1 carrot cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
  • 30ml light cream / light for cooking (I used these)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 chopped basil leaves
