the noodles are dry roasted. the rice is washed apart, put in the saucepan with the oil and sauté. after 10 minutes, add the noodle and water. let it boil, uncovered, until the water is consumed (this should take approximately 12 to 15 minutes).

Once the water has been consumed, the heat is turned off and the pot is covered for 10 minutes, after that time it is necessary to uncover it again to allow it to air a little. then it is covered again ... it is ready to be consumed.

If you like, I could serve it by turning it over like a mold (it turns from the same pot). It is ideal to accompany Turkish chips or wrapped children.
