wash the bunch of vegetables, chop into not very small pieces. In a large pot the oil is heated well and inside the vegetables are well fried for about five minutes, without stopping to stir. Add the tabasco, simmer with the broth for about 30 minutes.

all the other vegetables are washed well and chopped very small and added to the soup. cook for 15 minutes.

meatballs:

Mix the meat of the sausage with the egg, salt and pepper until obtaining a uniform dough, add the breadcrumbs, with a small pan, make the meatballs and add them to the soup pot. boil for 10 more minutes. serve with raw chopped shallots
