Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, almonds, orange blossom and yeast.
Then add the wheat flour until tender.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut several half-moons and place them on a buttered pan and bake in a 180º oven until golden.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • 200g. of butter
  • 200 g. of sugar
  • 100 g.almond
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Wheat flour q.s. until tender
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
