Preparation

soak the beans overnight. cook it in water until tender. pass in the blender. if you prefer, leave the whole grains. add the tomatoes and the sausage cut into slices. heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic and throw in the bean broth. season with sage leaves, marjoram, salt and pepper and let it taste. sprinkle with chopped chives.
