Preparation
chop the chocolate, place in a bowl and melt in a double boiler with the butter cut into cubes, homogenize with a spatula or spoon.
beat the eggs with the sugar, integrate the chocolate in an enveloping form, finally add the flour with the previously sifted salt, and finally the coarsely chopped pistachios.
arrange in a roasting pan previously sprinkled with vegetable spray and floured, bake for 25 minutes at 180º c.
Let cool to unmold, cut with different shaped cutters or give the desired shape.
